What a treat to be featured over on Sew Lux Fabric’s blog today! They are such a super cute online shop, and I’ve so enjoyed getting to know the talented mother/daughter team behind it, throughout the past year.
This summer they’re doing a really fun series called the Sew Lux Design Challenge, where each month they highlight a different blogger’s project tutorial, as well as offer that blogger’s fabric picks from the project in a limited-avail 6 FQ bundle. Here’s what I ended up going with for mine….
The bundle will be on sale in their shop through this Sunday, 7/1, and you can snag one here.
I just love blacks, whites, and greys (especially small prints!) with a pop of color- this time I picked a couple of my favorite blues from Denyse Schmidt’s re-printed line, Flea Market Fancy, to go with my most essential dots and houndstooth.
So what’s my tutorial project? Well, let’s just say it’s extremely baby related- a great one to have on file even if your babies are grown, as it’s a hot gift item- a major necessity for every new mom!! Check out the Sew Lux blog this Friday to check it out, or just pop back here as I’ll link up as well.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you’re having a looooverly week!
XO
