November Adventures

Hello dear friends!  My, it’s great to hop on here and say hello!  How I’ve missed you!  These past couple of weeks have been…well, in a word, insane.  Weeks of secret sewing for a project that I couldn’t share anything about- then a house full of flu, then sewing through the flu (I don’t recommend it!).  Aaaahhhh!  I survived this month’s adventure, and am so excited to finally share that I just finished filming a brand new class for Craftsy!!!

Woohoo!  It’s a really fun class, !  I CANT WAIT to post all about it!   Soon…yessssss.

But for now, what’s up around here?  I’m taking a breather to spend more sweet time with my kiddos, enjoy this gorgeous fall weather, and get my crazy house back in order!

  1. Wow looks like you have been having lots of fun with the kiddies. And my Nora’s quilting is getting really big now. She is doing a wonderful job….

  2. Laura Hall says:

    adorable AGAIN!

  3. I can just read the bio now – “My mommy is a Craftsy teacher. She taught me to sew when I was ? years old. I always loved to sew with my Mommy.” :D Many thanks again Amy for teaching me. I can hardly wait for the new class!!

  4. Great to here from you again. Today as I was sewing was thinking of you because I had not seen anything for awhile. Can’t wait to here about the class. Enjoy your time with the kiddos. Sorry to here about the flu glad to here you are over it. I found part of my kitchen tonight after not giving it much attention for 2 1/2 weeks.

  5. Tana Lewis says:

Those little ones are to cute for words. Enjoy all the time you can with them for they grow up fast. Glad things are better in your corner of the world! :-)

  6. I can’t wait to see what class you are going to do for Craftsy. I LOVE their classes and I love your teaching. Sorry about the flu but glad you’re all better now. Your children are adorable and trust me when I tell you that they grow up far too fast and before you know it they are grown so take every opportunity to be with them.

  7. Whoa, just reading about your month makes me feel tired! Glad you weathered through the flu… That’s so hard with little ones, not to mention work as well! Yikes! But, I’m super happy to know you’ve got another Craftsy class coming! Yippee!!

  8. Great photos that you have. I like how you document the little everyday things in the children’s lives so when years from now they can look back and have wonderful memories and chats. Looking forward to seeing what your new class is all about. I have to hint strongly to my family that I would like Craftsy gift cards for Christmas. I have a number of classes that I would like to take saved to my wish list.

  9. What adorable children… it looks like you’re having fun even with the flu sweeping through! I am so excited for your new Craftsy class, whatever it is! And, even though I know you’re super busy and it must be a ton of work, I hope you’ll host another BOM club next year!

  10. Can’t wait for the new class. Your children are gorgeous.:)

  11. I am looking forward to your new class too!!

  12. YAY!! on the craftsy class. BOOOO!! on the flu. I feel your pain on that one. It’s making it’s way through our house now.
